I replaced two temps for the duration of the summer and led 3 engineers in the diagnosis of malfunctioning servers suffering from a number of failures. I used and troubleshooted in-house scripts to interact with and manage clusters of deteriorating servers. I also identified both known and emerging issues with the servers via Phantom, IPMI and similar serial consoles.
